Business Hours: 4pm -7pm, Tuesday - Friday, Saturday 9:30am -7pm. If an email is sent before/after hours or on an off day please expect a response on my next working day.
Deposit: A $25, non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to book any service. A $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to book any extension service where bundles are require from me. The deposit amount is deducted from the final total after your service has been rendered. In the event that you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be due at the time of booking.
Payment: Cash or Card ONLY. I do not accept any other method of payment (no Zelle, no apple pay, etc). They're is a $2 fee for card transactions.
Fees:
•$15 late fee: There is a 10 minute grace period. After that, there is a $15 late fee added to the final amount that is due. After 15 minutes, the card on file will be charged 100% of the final balance, the appointment will be cancelled & the client will be considered a “no call no show”. No call no show=no future appointments (even if you already have some booked) + a full service charge.
Policy/Rules:
•No kids or additional guests. Please do not send anyone else in place of you. If someone would like an appointment, they will have to book one.
•Last minute add ons are not accepted. Please add on any additional services when you book to ensure the correct price and time duration of your appointment.
•If bundles, wigs,closures, and frontals need to be bleached and or colored the hair needs to be brung in 4 days before or you will be charge and in convenience fee of an extra $40.
•I do not offer "squeeze in" appointments. The times you see are the only times available.
•**If you need to, please cancel/reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours? The card on file will be charged 50% of your final balance. If the card declines, an invoice will be sent. If it is not paid within 24 hrs, you will not be able to book any future appointments**

"How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?"
Click on the "change appointment” button in your confirmation email.
"Will my deposit transfer if I reschedule?"
No. Because you are technically booking a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. An invoice will be sent to you via email.
Recommended Hair Companies:
Assorted Divas Weaves are recommended but not required. If you would like to ADW hair upon booking, select the lengths you would like under the add on’s section. If you prefer not to use the hair I provide below is a list of recommended hair companies & the only other companies I will install. If it is ,synthetic, master mix, premium hair, I will not install it.

After your service, please be vocal about your satisfaction. There are absolutely no refunds once you leave the salon. All sales are FINAL. I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair after you leave the salon. Please keep in mind that my schedule can be thrown off by clients, so please do not book your appointment when you know you have a time sensitive day. Masks are required.
